Se presenta una lista de las principales colecciones líticas depositadas en el Museo Británico, que fueron obtenidas principalmente durante el siglo XIX y la primera mitad del siglo XX. Se describe suscintamente su modo de adquisición y se analiza su potencial para la investigación.
